Saahil (Emraan Hashmi) is a young entrepreneur who runs a travel agency in partnership in U.K. But he is going through some tough times now as it is on the verge of closing down owing to loans he has taken while starting the business and that he hasn’t been able to repay so far. Also there is another desperate reason. His mother who is the only person he has in this world is on dead bed suffering from multiple renal disorders and he wants to save her life. Saahil tries to make some money by cheating and conning the customers and clients. While Saahil is still struggling to make ends meet he comes across Neha (Geeta Basra) who comes there with her family for a vacation. They book Saahil’s travel agency for sight seeing the place.

Neha is lively, attractive, caring and a simple girl. While touring the place Neha and Saahil always comes across each other in unusual situations. Saahil tries to cheat her family to make some extra money but is caught by Neha. He saves himself by extending his hands of friendship towards her. While boarding a train to Scotland her family goes along while she misses it and is left with Saahil in London. She asks him to take her to Scotland by road. On their way Neha discovers that she has fallen in love with him. After reaching there Saahil learns that his mother’s situation has worsened and he feels numb with sadness. He goes for gambling to selling himself literally for some quick money. He finds no hope except one… an indecent one!

He remembers a man who had asked him to sell girls and he would repay for it with heavy bucks. He resented it then but now he has no choice. He hands over Neha to that man who works for Kunaal Malik (Ashmit Patel) to save his ailing mother’s life. Kunaal is the owner of the biggest whorehouse and sex centre in U.K. and also handles drugs, mafia, contract killing etc. He is a merciless fellow but Neha’a innocence touches him when she tells him about the game Saahil has played. He falls in love with Neha and this changes the perspective of his life. On the other hand the money saves Saahil’s mother but he is unable to get Neha out of his mind. He understands the sin he has committed with her and realizes that he has fallen in love with her. He decides to get Neha back even though it would means fighting the U.K. mafia.
