In this funny film with a funny title there are four funny characters. Gopal (Ajay Devgan), Lucky (Tusshar Kapoor), Mahadev (Arshad Warsi) and Laxmi (Sharman Joshi) are friends since childhood. And what binds them together? They are popular for aimlessness, notoriety and conning people for fun and money.

The team is headed by Gopal the wisest and the wickedest of all. He has a bindaas attitude and the prime business of his life is to eat, drink and make merry. Following him earnestly are Lucky and Mahadev. They are also stern believer that only idiots work and wise men use them to make their life comfortable. The only odd one out among them is Laxmi who is a studious and sincere fellow.

Being fed up of their insipid way, the dean of their college throws them out of the hostel. Now they have nowhere to go. Gopal the shrewdest one strikes upon an idea. He tells all that there is a bungalow belonging to an old blind couple, whose son, daughter-in-law and grandson Prashant are in America. He decides to enter the bungalow posing as Prashant. In the similar manner others can also get into the bungalow along with him on the condition that they would not speak and remain silent so that there existence cannot be discovered. Follows the drama of chaos and confusions leading to hilarious situations.
