Expectations on ‘Iddaru Athala Muddula Alludu’ will be huge for the simple reason that Rajendra Prasad was once the comedy king in Tollywood is playing the lead role. He made a nightmarish return after a break but hit gold very soon. He won a Nandi award for best acting in 2005 for his serious role in ‘Aa Naluguru’. He also made another comedy hit titled ‘Andaru Dongale Dorikithe’. He does both serious and comedy roles with equal ease, and this makes him a different kind of actor.

‘Iddaru Athala Muddula Alludu’ belongs to comedy genre that talks about the evils of having two wives. It drives home the point that you can have two of anything but not two women as wives. In the film, Rajendra Prasad plays the role of a village lad who struggles between the two wives of a person.

The film also features actors like Suman, Keerthi Chawla, K Harathi, Kovai Sarala, Seetha, Venumadhav and Jeeva in various important roles. G. Sudarshan is the producer and Devanand is the director. It has music scored by Prasad and cinematography by Kishan Sagar.
