There is conspiracy, betrayal and honesty in the film. In fact, it is a story of human failings and success. In the film, Thommichan Ouseppachan is the son of Ouseppachan, an honest politician. People called Ouseppachan as Kerala Gandhi and he even gives away the post of Chief Minister to others.

Suresh Gopi enacts the character of Thommichan with Laya is his heroine whereas Madhu plays his father. Nedumudi Venu plays the role of the Chief Minister while Thilakan plays the opposition leader.

C. Karunakaran produces the film with Anil C Menon as the director and Deepak Dev as the music director. Biju Jacob has handled the camera and Sajeevan has provided the script.
