Laughter is a medicine. So, comedy films hardly fail at the box-office. Crowds throng the theatres to laugh away their day’s stress. It may be the safest way to make big money but it is not as easy as you see from the outset. It takes great skill and hard work to make a successful comedy film. The person concern should have a sharp mind on humor. Here, Indra Kunar is the right person. He had earlier made comedy films like ‘Masti’ and ‘ISHQ’. His other films ‘Dil’, ‘Beta’ and ‘Mann’ also have good dose of comedy. Now, he is making yet another rib-tickling film titled ‘Ptyare Mohan’ with Vivek Oberoi, Fardeen Khan, Sajid Khan, Boman Irani, Esha Deol and Amrita Rao in the lead roles.

The film is all about the inseparable duo of blind Pyare (Fardeen Khan) and Mohan (Viveik Oberoi). They are dependent on each other and fight the funny and sorrowful side of life together. The only thing they don’t have is love. They meet Priti (Esha Deol) and Priya (Amrita Rao) and start fighting for their love. They at last win their love. The film brings to light that it is the heart that wins love and not eyes and ears. The whole event is portrayed in a very funny manner.

Indra Kumar and Ashok Thakeria produced the film with story and screenplay by Milap Zhaveri and Tushar Hiranandani. Milap Zhaveri prepared the dialogues and lyrics of the album and noted music director Anu Maliik composed the tunes. Actors like Firoz Irani, Adi Irani, Snehal Dabi, Sanjay Mishra, Khursheed Lawer and Balvinder Singh Suri also act in the film.
