No I am not telling you a story from one of the Dev Anand movie. This is the story of the new movie directed by Mustafa Engineer - Chand Ke  Paar Chalo’. The title itself speaks aloud the story. 

Chander (Saahib) a photographer meets a beautiful banjaran girl Nirmala (Preeti Jhangiani). He was so impressed by her beauty that he takes her to Mumbai. There he changes her name to Garima and introduces her to filmmakers. She gets a chance to act in a movie. Then she never looks back. But on her way to stardom she loses Chander.

Aloknath and Shakti Kapoor are in pivotal role in the film. Music is by Vishnu Narayan and it is quite enjoyable. However the story sounds old fashioned.
