There are a few interesting aspects in ‘Nagarika Komali’. Legendary comedians N S Krishnan and Surulirajan’s grandsons are following their steps by jumping into films. Surulirajan’s grandson Jai Shakthi plays the lead role in the film while N S Krishnan’s grandson NSK Rajan plays the second hero. Well-known Kannada actress Neetha Shree is making debut as a heroine in Kollywood with this film.

Jai Shakthi said that people would expect a lot from him because of his grandfather’s popularity in the film industry. On the other hand, many feel that the other hero Rajan resembles his grandfather. However, he is looking forward to earn his own identity by relying on his style.

Debutante Ramji S. Balan is handling the entire film almost single-handedly, as he is producing, directing as well as composing the music of the film. He also has written its story, dialogues and script.
