‘Twinkle Twinkle Little Star’ is a multilingual to be made in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. Business tycoon K P Vargheese is producing it on Welgate Cinemafox (P) Ltd. banner and Vayalar Madhavan is directing it. Abhay, Linda, Neha and Srikant are playing the lead roles.

The film brings to light the human side of eunuchs, their dreams and aspirations to live normal life with family and friends. It shows their respect for moral values in spite of their biological limitations. The producer said that it is a surrealistic film set in modern times with right dose of sentiments, action, horror and fantasy.

Actors like Divya Dutta, Suhasini Mulay, Tinnu Anand, Vyapuri, Madan Bob, Captain Raju, Sayaji Shinde, Preman Humayun, Kalyani, Abhay, Vijaykumar and Master Akshit are also playing various important roles on the film. Ilayaraja has scored the music, Saravanan is handling the camera and Srikar Prasad is taking care of the editing work.
