The film is a sci-fi thriller and is targeted to the urban and child audiences. The film is directed by Mahesh Manjrekar. Currently the promotion of the film is going on in strong force. The music is also garnering appreciation. The special SFX effects is also said to be the strength of the film. 

It would be delight to watch Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi electrifying the screen once again. They are coming together, and not only this you can catch them in unusual roles too. Formerly you’ve watched Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi together in ‘Munnabhai MBBS’, needless to say they created havoc and fired the screen with their comedy together. But the unusual thing is that Mahesh hasn’t given them a scene together. More unusual are the roles allotted to them. Sanjay plays Yamraj, the Hindu god of death, sitting up with laptop and technology devices. Unlike the usual Yamraj he has a soft heart, very emotional with tears drooling down his eyes when anything touches him. Arshad is in the role of a Fakir, who has supernatural powers and can talk with ghosts and grants the wishes of the kids.

‘Vaah! Life Ho To Aisi’ is another laugh-riot. The film is a wholesome entertainer for family audience and kids.
