Produced by commercial film messiah Ramesh Sippy, the maker of ‘Shaan’ and ‘Sholay’ ‘Bluffmaster’ looks to be another crunchy pack that is sure to delight with every bite. Donning the role of director is his son Rohan Sippy, who has proved his flair for direction with  ‘Kuch Na Kaho’. Along with the visage of the producer and the director, we also have a star cast that is unusual and stunning. Standing tall together for the lead of the film are Abhishek Bachchan and Priyanka. Nana Patekar, Riteish Deshmukh and Boman Irani join them in pivotal role.

This con film also takes a breath-taking ride in the field of music. The thirteen tracks are going to be sensation with path breaking music by UK band Trickbaby, Arash, Aneela Mirza, Sameeruddin and Vishal Shekhar. With all the names featuring in the inlay, it looks like the party has just begun!

Golden oldies get new attire in ‘Bluffmaster’. ‘Sabse Bada Rupaiyya’ featuring Mehmood makes a start with the music remixed by Trickbaby. The lead vocal of Mehmood is kept intact, with only frothy inputs by Chetna and Saira Hussain. The music has been redone in a new way to add to the zip. You’ve loved the old number and you’re going to fall for this too.

Entering with a bang to steal the show out rightly is ‘Say Na Say Na’. A sensational number with Bhangra-pop feel, Aneela sings it in her deep-throated vocals, adding to the zeal. Loaded with beat and tempo, this composition is by Aneela, Robert and Arash. A cracker to burst the energy off you!

Revisit another old number. ‘Tadbir Se Bigdi Hui Taqdeer’ gets rechristened as ‘Tadbir Se Bigdi Hui Taqdeer - Destiny Mix’. Abhishek Bachchan turns to mike reciting the fundamentals of a con man, adding a personal tinge of his own all the time. Follows with groovier feel another track from Geeta Dutt’s ‘Baazi’ with the music making a whole lot of difference by Sameeruddin. Head for the dance floor right away.

Getting into singing a whole track is Abhishek Bachchan for the track titled ‘Right Here Right Now’. The promotion of the track is already catching eyes. A Hinglish number (Hindi+English) with Abhishek and Sunidhi Chauhan getting the click, this is another fantastic track composed by Vishal Shekhar. The balance strikes right with the remix of the track too.

Another outrageous remix number out of the pocket of Trickbaby is ‘Parde Ke Peeche - 9 Parts Of Desire’. The song formerly featured in his album ‘Hanging Around’. With western music all over the place, this situational track works fine. The desi version of the track ‘Parde Ke Peeche’ is also awesome with lyrics inputs by Jaideep Sahni.

‘The Gateway Theme’ is a petite number by Sameeruddin adding to the good effect of the soundtrack. Sweet and savvy, this is a lovely number.

Arash doesn’t stop to catch his breath for ‘Bure Bure/Boro Boro’ a Persian number with dhol beats dominating the background. He has already made it big with this track in Europe. Another western number hits the road signaling GO from the start.

Sameeruddin presents the remix of ‘Do Aur Do Paanch’, with only the initial part of the song running through the music all along. With the remix numbers catching the pulse, this one is sure to get noticed.

Faltering a bit from the great music so far is Trickbaby composed ‘Indi-Yarn’, a remix number done on the tits bits of old songs. Diverse from the ear catching music so far, this doesn’t manage to stay afloat for an entertaining listening. Follows another track from Trickbaby titled ‘Neela’ apt for clubs and parties for its musical profundity.

The soundtrack comes to a close with the title theme ‘Come Fishing’. The musical track with bits of fun inputs, ‘Bluffmaster’ ends!

The music has the tang and zeal, but it’s too westernized. Variety and different are the words that come to your mind as you go through the album. It is going to click more with youngsters and western music lovers. Sans commercial ingredients it may not be a favourite pick at the music stores by hard-core Bollywood music lovers. Again in Bollywood you’re not sure what clicks and what doesn’t!
