‘Sauda The Deal’ is produced and directed by Jai Prakash and has in the lead roles Sanjay Kapoor, Aryan Vaid,Priti Jhangiani and Suman Rangnathan.

The narrative is about Vijay Oberoi (Sanjay Kapoor) a big shot based in Mumbai. In a painting exhibition he comes across Devika (Priti Jhangiani) and takes a liking on her at the first sight. He soon learns that she is a married woman, but that doesn’t stop his from eyeing her. Devika is a painter and is married to Sameer (Aryan Vaid). Sameer is an ambitious guy who wants to become very rich in life. Ever since his young days he has aspired to become a business tycoon. And Devika also wants her husband to strive towards it.

Monica (Suman Rangnathan) is a close friend of Sameer. She is a model and knows many rich and famous people of Mumbai. She learns about Smaeer’s plan to start his business and offers to help him arrange the finance. And for the sake Monica approaches innocently none other than Vijay Oberoi. She tells him about Sameer’s financial problem and Vijay aggress to it as he foresees an opportunity to sleep with Devika. As he agrees for the finance, he also puts forward a deal to her. He tells about his carnal desires to sleep with Devika. Monica gets shocked and leaves him immediately. Later when she thinks about it, it’s just a smile that crosses her lips. Through Vijay Oberoi’s deal she can take her long awaited revenge on Devika. Monica has loved Sameer since her college days but couldn’t marry him as he fell in love with Devika. Monica feels that Devika has snatched him away from her. She has now got a chance to destroy her life too.

She tells about the deal to Sameer. What does he do after that? Does he agree, does he get angry or rather send his wife for his ambition? What happens next find out in the theatres!
