The makers of the super hit ‘Tere Naam’ brings their next production venture ‘Kyon Ki’. The music of ‘Tere Naam’ has engraved its name in golden in the music of Bollywood.  The songs by Himesh Reshammiya and Sameer were all chartbusters. And so the producers don’t have the reason not to repeat the composers again for their new flick. Priyadarshan whom Bollywood has so far considered as a comedy filmmaker will direct the film. Treading a different way he presents an emotional love story with Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor coming together on screen for the first time. Heading for a release during the festive season of Diwali and Eid and going by the outstanding track record of Salman Khan at the box office, the film has everything positive going with it.

The album opens with the title track ‘Kyon Ki’ making you instantly fall for it. Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik pair up to do the rendition and they keep the good work going once again. A mix of melody and pep with some simple and catchy words by Sameer, make this track a grosser, giving you the foresight that it will certainly feature in the top in the coming days. Follows many part of the same track - ad lip version by Alka, Udit-Alka in duet and another duet by Udit Narayan and beginner Radha. The versions appearing frequently make the song all the more memorable. Alka and Udit are their best and newcomer Radha also does a good job.

Another ear shot track that sets the tempo right from the very initial is  ‘Dil Keh Raha Hai’. Kunal Ganjawala behind the mike delivers another brilliant performance. This guy again gets something different to showcase his talent as he takes break from the ‘o-o-oo’ kind of songs. Sameer has worked on some novelness in the words, you better get hold of them. To be featured on Salman, there is also a remix of the same number set with a faster pace.

Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik return back again for another melodious love song ‘Dil Ke Badle Sanam’. Himesh sticks to his basic, and though offers nothing unusual, manages to pull along a pleasant track.

Start tapping your foot to ‘Jhatka Maare’ opened by Kailash Kher and later taken on by Udit Narayan and Shaan. Sameer words the song with the right approach making it an ideal number for a celebration situation. It will be more in sync with the audience in the interiors of India owing to its rustic feel. As long as you like the track, keep swaying to it.

With ‘Aa Jeele Ik Pal Mein Sau Janam’ you’ll be bound to say, what a grand closing it was. One of the strength of the album, this one is surely to win over you.  Laced with energy and sung with zeal in the voice of Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik, this one calls for the trumps.

After a long time we come across an album, that offers you all good numbers, that you can cherish long time after. Hats off to Udit Narayan,Alka Yagnik, Himesh Reshammiya, and Sameer who hold the reins. Watch out as the number soars the chart, one after another!
