Yash Khurana (Rishi Kapoor) was a great father and a good friend. He was the maker and breaker of destinies and also was a big business tycoon. He had many industries and he was efficient in controlling them. But one day he lost his heart and everything changed ever since.

Sheetal Arya’s (Dimple Kapadia) life too changed the same day when destiny brought her and Yash together. She was already a mother in law by then and was also loved by her son-in-law and her daughter. A great entrepreneur and also a great house maker, Sheetal was best in doing everything. But after she fell in love with Yash Khurana, she was no more the same.

Both the families of the middle aged couple stood up in arms against each other and also their parents unable to understand the sudden turn of affair. But what Sheetal and Yash were feeling were beyond their understanding. Because they were truly, madly and deeply in love with each other!
