After the blockbuster film ‘Ravanaprabhu’ Mohanlal and director Ranjit brings a new treat as ‘Chandrolsavam’. Other lead cast includes Meena, Kushboo and Sujatha. Kushboo retrieves her steps to filmdom with this film. Santhosh Damodaran produces the film under Damor Cinema banner. The film will be releasing on the 13th of April.

This musical entertainer has story by Ranjit. Srihari (Mohanlal) is a man who is very helpful towards the people and is always in the quest of making people happy around him. He has a group of friends for whom he can do anything. He takes care of their problems and gives them vital suggestions. By profession he is a musician.  Once he visits Chirakkal Tharavad for a holiday. There he meets Indulekha (Meena) who is grief stricken after her marriage broke with Balachandran (Murali Menon). Trying to bring happiness in her life Srihari falls in love with her. Suddenly enters Durga (Kushboo) who comes there to meet him. They share a very close rapport. There is a question in everyone’s mind regarding their relation. The suspense will release only after the film hits the marquee. 

Others in the cast include Samvrutha, Sujatha, Jayakrishnan, Jagadhish, Cochin Haneefa, Augustine, Sreeraman and many others. Vidyasagar has composed the soundtrack which comprises of eight songs. The camera is handled by Azhagappan.

This film will be released in two theatres in Thiruvananthapuram Sree Kumar and Kairali and other forty centres on the same day.
