Foothpath is a story of three friends: Arjun (Aftab Shivdasani), Raghu (Emraan Hashmi) and Shekhar (Rahul Dev).

Raised on the streets of Mumbai, these likely lads have seen some rough times.

As a result, they choose the easy way out. And that is drugs and crime.

The only person who has some positive influence on the gang is Sanjana (Bipasha Basu). She is Shekhar’s sister.

Although being treated as one of the lads, Sanjana tries her best to stay far away from the seedy world they have entered.

Soon Arjun (Aftab Shivdasani) tries to get the group back on the right track.

But he finds this to be a difficult task because each of the lads has become accustomed to their new found vice which is drugs and crime.

Whether he succeeds or fails in this game forms the crux of the film Foothpath.

Aftab Shivdasani's previous release, Kasoor proved to be a hit at the box office.

He hopes to repeat the same by teaming once again with the same director, Vikram Bhatt.

Bollywood most popular actress, Bipasha Basu and former male model Rahul Dev play lead roles in this film.

Producer Mahesh Bhatt's nephew, Emran makes his big screen debut. Let’s hope that he finds a niche for himself in Bollywood after the film’s release.

Footpath's soundtrack is composed by music directors Nadeem- Shravan.
