Aabra Ka Dabra is director Dheeraj Kumar’s tribute to the Harry Potter series. The film brings the sad fact to light that we are lightyears away from matching the technical finesse of Hollywood.
What could have been a simple, straightforward tale of a young boy’s adventures in a school of magic becomes a potboiler. Child artistes Master Athit and Hansika Motwani try their best to keep this sinking ship afloat but it proves difficult.
