Music video director-cum-adman-turned-filmmaker Ken Ghosh is ready with his second film Fida. Like his directorial debut Ishq Vishk, Fida  is also a triangular love story. But the similarity between the two ends here only. If Ishq Vishk was a mushy triangular love story, this is sprinkled with heist and betrayal.

For the first time the much talked-about real-life couple, Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor, will sizzle on the screen together. The director is trying to cash in on their off-screen chemistry. Fardeen is the third angle of this triangle.

Jai (Shahid Kapoor) thinks theirs is the perfect love story, unfortunately it was being written by someone else. Also everything does not go as Vikram (Fardeen Khan) had planned. In between all this, a major online heist worth Rs 55 million takes place where in two major company accounts of a Don are wiped out. There's person behind it is not traceable. And the Don is hell bent to find out the culprit involved in this robbery.
