You’ve so far seen films reeling around actors, actresses, animals and also aliens. But now get ready to watch a film on something very much unconventional – Cars! ‘Taarzan - The Wonder Car’ is an innovative concept by director duo Abbas-Mastan who has made car play the lead here for the first time in the history of Bollywood. They got inspired to make the film by the classic Disney movie, Herbie - The Love Bug. Highlight of the film is this Rs 25-million car with newcomers Ayesha Takia and Vatsal Sheth vying for screen space.

The film is expected to hit the screens this August 6. It has taken eight months for the film in the making. ‘Taarzan - The Wonder Car’ is a thriller and a love story, revolving around the car Taarzan a Wild Futuristic Toyota MR2 created by car designer Dilip Chhabria. The special effects for the film have been done by a Denmark company.
 
Kartar Singh (Amrish Puri) has a garage and Raj (Vatsal) works there. One day Raj discovers a car in the garbage pile and makes it as a macho machine with the name Taarzan. Priya (Ayesha Takia) is his girlfriend and they both enjoy rides in the car. The film takes you to a fantasyland with loads of adventure.
