Raghuvaran is a scientist who is always discovering unusual things. His earlier two feats include a dog with two tails and a 1 1/2 feet high coconut palm. Now he does something really astonishing and that is he conducts an experiment, which turns a small school going boy into a 25 year old (Mahesh Babu). But this change is only physical. The boy does not grow mentally. Amisha Patel falls in love with this child man and marries him. Now she has to teach him the lesson of lovemaking. The scientist helps her by giving Mahesh Babu certain tips on the topic. Ramya Krishna plays the role of a woman who is behind Mahesh Babu.
 
Manjula produces this film under the Indira Productions. Others in the cast include Sunil, Ali, Brahmanandam, Nazar, Sunitha, Ashok, Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam, Ravibabu, Kota Srinivasa Rao and Sudhakar. Music is by A R Rahman. S J Suryah directs the film.
