‘Ye Lamhe Judaai Ke’ is a long announced film that got stuck in the cans for so long. At least it is making way to see the light of the day now. Though the old treatment and story may mar the fate of the film, may be the producers are optimistic about the run with the star cast of Shah Rukh Khan and Raveena Tandon. ‘Ye Lamhe Judaai Ke’ narrates the tale of ambition, wealth and murder.
Dushant (Shah Rukh), Jaya (Raveena Tandon), Sujit (Mohnish Behl) and Nisha (Navneet) are close friends who’ve grown up together. Dushant wants to become a successful singer but he has no money to cherish his ambition. It is than Jaya who comes forward to help him unleash his dreams. Dushant gets success that he had dreamt of, but the pride of achievement takes him away from Jaya as a rift develops between the two. Adding more fuel to spark up the situation Sujit and Nisha play a role. They take advantage of the situation and get close to Dushant and widen the fissure between him and Jaya
The situation takes a twist when Nisha’s father (Kamlesh Dhingra) approaches Dushant to help him financially for his business but is turned down by his mentor Rajpal (Kiran Kumar). Dhingra and Sujit join hands to take away Dushant’s wealth by making him marry Nisha and also get rid of Rajpal. But Dushant learns about the plan. And in the meantime Sujit gets murdered. Rahul (Amit Kumar) steps in to investigate the case. The mystery of the murder deepens when Nisha also gets killed under mysterious circumstance. Next to die is Dhingra.
Who is the person who wants to revenge these people by killing them? Is it Dushant who wishes to avenge the betrayal? What happens to him and Jaya?
