‘Dil Ne Phir Yaad Kiya’ is produced by Mansoor Siddiqui and directed by Rajat Rawail, the nephew of Rahul Rawail. The film is inspired from Yash Chopra's 'Doosra Aadmi'. The film revolves around Govinda, Jackie, Tabu, Pooja Batra and Govinda's nephew Vinay Anand.

Vinay and Pooja Batra love each other and are looking forward to get married. Vinay has a modelling agency and to endorse a product he wants Tabu, the same model who has found success in the ad world sometime back. But no one knows about her whereabouts except Jackie Shroff. Vinay approaches Jackie but he doesn’t give him the details and warns him to stay away from her, as she is an eccentric woman. But anyhow wants Tabu to do the assignment and convinces Jackie for her address. He goes to Tabu with the offer and she agrees to it instantly because Vinay reflects Govinda her past who is dead.

The film has music is by Uttam Singh and Adesh Shrivastav. It has been shot in the locations of Mauritius, Canada and London. The movie is slated for release in October.
