Ullam Ketkumae is being directed by cinematographer-turned-director Jeeva, who introduced Shaam in 12B.

The movie has Shaam, Laila, JJ fame Pooja don the role of students.

The spirit, zeal and achievements of the student community have been pictured by Jeeva, much to the delight of youngsters in Ullam Ketkumae. Sujatha's dialogues and Vairamuthu's lyrics are the highlight of the movie.

More than 100 college students have acted in the film.

A song has been picturized at one of the hot natural geysers in New Zealand.

Being a cinematographer himself, director Jeeva has gone in for a colour scheme all through the movie. Two newcomers Arya and Asin, who is currently acting opposite Jeyam fame Ravi in Kumaran, Son of Mahalakshmi are being introduced in the film. Also in the cast are Pyramid Natarajan, Murali and K P S Lalitha. Produced by Mahadevan Ganesh and Usha Venkataramani, Ullam Ketkumae is all set for release this May.
