The film begins in the milieu of Goa with Vijay (Zayed Khan) and Tina (Esha Deol) crossing roads with each other. Tina is asked to get back to Bangkok immediately after she receives the news that her uncle has been killed in an accident. Vijay assists her. Just after the funeral Tina gets a call from Indian embassy in Bangkok. Here she meets the official Deepak Chopra (Salil Ankola) who warns her that her late uncle was wanted in India for Rs.10 crore gold heist from the RBI. His other accomplices Om (Gulshan Grover), Sheena (Rakhi Sawant) and Chingaar (Vijay Raaz) are now free from Indian prisons and are in Bangkok. Soon these three people begin harassing her.

Tina looks up to Vijay for help but soon discovers that his actual self is Prakash Yogi and he is the brother of a fourth accomplice in the gold theft. Tina is caught in a web and she is followed everywhere as all of them think that she knows about the money although she is innocent about it. Vijay is the only person she trusts. But soon she learns from Deepak Chopra that the fourth accomplice didn’t have a brother. Vijay tells her that he is actually a crook who is also after the money but he is in love with her now and wants to protect out from the scavengers of money. The mystery deepens with the murder of Chingaar and Sheena, and Vijay and Om becomes the main suspect for Tina.
