Subhash Ghai presents the film ‘Badhaai Ho Badhaai’ with Anil Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty and Kirti Reddy in the lead. The film is directed and co-produced by Satish Kaushik along with Anil Kapoor and Anas Films P. Ltd.

Raja (Anil Kapoor) is very much in love with the concept of love. He is one impressing self with whom you just cannot resist falling in love. The film begins with the story of the Chaddha’s (Amrish Puri, Farida Jalal) and the D'Souza family (K. Vishwanath, Rohini Hattangady). Both of them hate each other to the core and cannot stand one another. In a sudden turn of events after 25 years they receive a letter from Raja who says that he is their grandchild and is coming back to live with them. But Raja is cordially welcomed by none of the family and he goes to stay with Ghooman Singh (Kader Khan), a singer.

Raja is not the one to accept failure and wins over the love of the grand parents. He has vowed to unite both the families. They want him to get married and to save himself from marrying he says them that he is married to the girl Banto Betty (Shilpa Shetty). Banto is attractive, lively and also funny at the same time. Florence (Kirti Reddy) is a dreamy creature most of the time lost in her own world. Raja couldn’t believe his eyes when he finds Banto Betty posing as his wife. The problem is that he loves someone else.
