AFLATOON in the story of a happy-go-lucky youngman RAJA (Akshay)who roams about the town alongwith his freinds without doing any work.His carefree habits are the sole cause of worry to his old mother whom Raja keeps giving false hopes that one day he shall become a vety very big man rich enough to offer mother her meal on a golden platter,and she pacifies herself with sweet dreams. Raja counsels with his freinds the get quick rich formula-to get married to girl-and pursues his mission with eyes and ears open,till one day he comes across an accident implicating a prospective candidate for the job of a collage lecture.in the melee Raja grabs the file containing all the documents and biodata plus the appointment letter.He gets the brain waive and he charges straight for the collage.Mr.Raja becomes collage prof.. He breaks the good news to his freinds staying all girl-students in the collage are millonaires.Now to pick up the richest and only daughter of the parents,he manages to steal the admission from of the students and finds the right girl,the daughter of a multi-millionaire Uday Prakash.Raja manages to entice the girl pooja(Urmila) and in the make-belive love drama,he himself gets involved emotionally. Pooja takes raja to introduce to her father,and on seeing Raja the is taken back,and he tales Raja side to privately tell him that he is ditto look alike of a bully named Rockey who has been black mailling him constantly for years.Uday Prakash pleads Raja to save him from this harrowing menanne.Raja agrees to help it in order to win the hands of pooja in matrimony.
