Amit (Vikas Kalantri) is an unemployed engineer who falls in love with Priya (Ashima Bhalla) at the very first sight of her in a bus. Pirya reciprocates Amit’s feelings and the two go ahead in love till news of Priya’s sister’s death comes in. Priya lives with her father (Rajesh Khanna) and her sister is married to Major Pratap (Mohnish Behl) who stays in Bombay. With the death of her sister, Priya and her father move to Pratap’s house to take care of an infant that she left behind. Amit goes looking for Priya, while Pratap who secretly schemes of marrying Priya puts obstacles before Amit. Thus starts a long struggle between the good and the evil. Who wins?
