'Aflatoon' and 'Bhel' have only one difference that separates them, while one is sweet the other is spicey. Similarly, Khiladi 420 is a combination of 'Aflatoon' and 'Bhel' in different dozes, like love and action as a combo.
Hence you have a girl meets boy/s, Ritu Bhardwaj (Mahima Chaudhary) the only daughter of a rich man is pursued in love by two guys Rahul (Sudhanshu Pandey) and Dev (Akshay Kumar). Ritu marries Dev and what follows is a spate of entangled incidents of love and happiness lost and true-love re-found.
The film seems to be greatly inspired by Baazigar and Kaho Na.. Pyaar Hai, however it has been left with lot of loopholes. However a point note worthy is that the story telling does not go wayward.
The film will surely help Akshay Kumar's staggering career. His hair raising, dare devil action scenes are worth the prize of the ticket. Mahima looks refreshingly good and has chunk role in this film in comparison to her recent ones, while debuntant Sudhanshu Pandey has made a good impression in what little he had in this film.
Overall, the film is worth seeing for Akshay's action and the chemistry between him and Mahima. A total paisa vasool if time pass is what you looking for in this film.
