Karan (Sunny Deol) is the dreaded hitman of underworld don Gajraj Chaudhary(Amrish Puri) for whom shedding blood for money is a routine of life.

One such criminal activity of Karan's brings him in encounter with Siddhart Sharma (Alok Nath) and his daughter Kajal (Karishma Kapoor) who decide to protest against this bloodshed but this cause them to face the wrath of Karan. But in his moment of outrage Karan against Siddhart Sharma and Kajal is mesmerised by; Kajal's face and falls in love with her. Initially Kajal shuns Karan's approach towards her but time and little orham Timepass(Master Mohsin)play cupid and Kajal also starts loving Karan. Siddhart sharma is totally Against the Realationship and decided to set Kajal married to his childhood friend Ramakant Sahay(Dilip Tahil) son Raju(Salman Khan) who is madly in love with Kajal. Circumstances reach such a point that Kajal has to sacrifice her love for Karan and gets amrried to Raju.

Raju:-Destiny strikes when Raju comes to know that his father is hand in glove with Gajraj Chaudhary in his underworld activities and rebels which makes the underworld deciding to eliminate him using the services of the dangerous than before Karan. The turn of events when Karan comes face to face with Raju & Kajal results in the "Ultimate Victory of Love in a World of Hatred JEET"
